The check-in process was smooth and efficient, taking less than five minutes. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a breathtaking view of the ocean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens were fresh and high-quality. I appreciated the little touches, such as complimentary bottled water and a welcome note.

We stayed in your property for many years and it feels like coming back again everytime because of your staffs. Reception people are always kind and courteous. Mr. Somnath is always there for each of our needs. Mr. Richard takes good care of our fooding.

This is my 3rd stay here with my parents, and they never disappoint. Everyone working here is very cooperative and polite. Special words of praise for the Duty Manager, Sayantan, who immediately initiated the process of my refund after I had to cut short my trip. Can’t say enough about the great location right in the heart of the city.

We attended a Rice Ceremony on 6th July at Peerless Hotel, Kolkata also booked a room for the purpose. The entire event was well organised by Hotel and food served was excellent. My room was upgraded to a Suite room on request which was spacious with a drawing room large enough for 10 people.

Great place to stay - it has courteous staff, inviting rooms, smooth check-in & check-out, & proximity to local market and eating options as well as to locations such as Eden, Victoria Memorial, and Indian Museum. Breakfast buffet is good and serves a variety of options (good option for picky eaters as well as for families travelling with kids).Easy to get cab from the hotel gate at reasonable prices.

Amusing place. Great location. Rooms in the new wing are clean, bathroom is clean, towels are fresh and clean. Water is not bottled, but in glass bottles. They won’t get you extra bottles of water, but will refill the same bottles which are in the room. No shower gel, only whatever shampoo. Super slow check in experience. They take in the money for your stay, right at check in.

I’ve stayed their in their new building. This is a quiet hotel, liked it. Location is nice, easier to move in metro, car or to talk a walk. Lot of good food option nearby.New market, different brand houses and shopping mall are nearby, to good to be there.

A beautiful hotel at the heart of the city. The location is exactly at the Esplanade crossing. I actually visited the ‘Eden Hall’ of the hotel, where any parties or occasions are celebrated. It is a well decorated place and really clean & tidy. One thing I would say the overall food is not that good, many items were in the menu prepared by their own caterer, but not upto the mark!
